St Bees Bash is Back
St Bees Bash makes a welcome return on Saturday 31st July
After a very challenging couple of years for all, the St Bees Community has rallied together to put on a charity family fun-day on Saturday 31st July 2021 celebrating all things local.
Following on from the success of the Bees Bash in 2019 the community has come together to resurrect the village festival.
The Village has held an annual fete for over a Century with 2020 being the only year this unfortunately has not happened.
This years activities include:
From 10am: Cumbria Wildlife Trust will be running Beached Art, a popular sand sculpture competition on the beach
From midday to 8pm the Bees Bash will be on the Adams Rec sports ground on beach road, St. Bees, CA27 0EN.
- Bands: Shore, Jolan, Rob Wright, Pakka, Steve Reay & Anth, Danny Dunnery Band, John & Cath Marcangelo, Newton Smith
- Shacks Snacks – Burgers, Hot Dogs & Ice Creams
- Bar including craft ale from Ennerdale Brewery
- Large Bouncy Castle & 60 foot inflatable assault course
- Solway Aviation Museum events van & simulator
- Local Seafood cooking demonstrations and tasters from a local chef with the Cumbria Wildlife Trust
- Local businesses market
- Fete Stalls & Kids activities
- Fancy Dress Prizes
- Classic Bikes Expo

Donations for the charities will be taken at the gate. Sorry but no dogs, glass or alcohol to be brought onto the sports field.
