Cinderella has always dreamed of meeting a handsome prince.  After the announcement that Prince Charming will be holding a royal ball, she may get her wish after all!

We are delighted to be working with Shone Productions, producers of last year’s pantomime ‘Peter Pan’, which proved to be our biggest panto ever, breaking all box office records.

We have a fantastic cast of quality talent lined up: Local Star – Emily Dodd As Cinderella, Comedy Star – Bill Sharpe As Buttons, Singing Sensation – Cameron Patmore As PrinceCharming, The Hilarious – Aaron Alexander & Hugh O’Donnell As The Ugly Sisters, Sam Wearing As Dandini & Emily Childs As The Fairy Godmother Shone Productions are thrilled to be back producing this year’s pantomime at the Forum Theatre in Barrow after last years record breaking production of Peter Pan.

Emily Dodd – Cinderella

Originally from Barrow-in- Furness, Emily moved down to train full time in Musical Theatre for Four years at Performance Preparation Academy in Guildford. Whilst training she performed in a range of shows from Cabaret to Flashdance and Elaine in Sweet Charity. After Graduating Emily has done a number of short films and music videos as well as performing around the country with the function band The Thatchers as lead Female vocals. Emily is delighted to be coming back home for Christmas, where her love of Theatre started thanks to her Family and her Godfather David Marcus and performing back at the Forum 28 where she did an array of shows with different amateur dramatic groups and Deemon Performance Academy from a young age. Emily would like to thank her family for their continual support and love.

Bill Sharpe – Buttons

Bill Sharpe is a professional all round entertainer, specialising in comedy and magic. Bill pleases audiences all year round with his very own comedy magic and illusion show. Bill has worked with some big names from TV and has appeared on numerous TV shows himself. Most recently Bill appeared on E4’s newest comedy prank show Carjackers. Bill is very excited about playing Buttons in this year’s pantomime – Cinderella. He has lots of family in Barrow, who he never gets to see due to touring. Bill will bring lots of laughs and lots of magic to make this year’s production the best ever!

Cameron Patmore – Prince Charming

Cameron graduated in July 2017 from Liverpool Theatre School College, where he has trained in Musical Theatre for 3 years. Whilst training, Cameron played the roles of The Doctor in ‘Vinegar Tom’ and Chip In ‘The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee’. Theatre credits include: ‘The Inner Man’ (Liverpool Contemporary Urban Centre), ‘The Ken Dodd Happiness Show’ (Liverpool Philharmonic Hall), ‘Brassed Off’(Gladstone Theatre), John Darling, ‘Peter Pan’ (Floral Pavillion), Dancer, ‘Cinderella’ (Floral Pavillion). Television and Film credits include: ‘Stepping Up’ (BBC Drama), ‘Big Top'(Short Film, Lime Pictures). Commercials include: Co-operative Insurance, PS Veta Game (Sony), Invizimals (Sony),EFC. Cameron is delighted to be playing the role of the Prince this Christmas.

Aaron Alexander & Hugh O Donnell – As The Ugly Sisters

Aaron trained at the London School of Musical Theatre, after this he began his career both in the UK and internationally. This year marks Aaron’s first outing as a “Wicked” Stepsister (as I think you’ll agree, he could never be “Ugly”, unlike his unfortunate looking counter part, Hugh). Hugh O’Donnell 

Hugh graduated from the London School of Musical Theatre in 2014. Credits include: Ugly Stepsister in ‘Cinderella’ (Peepul Centre, Leicester), Jack in ‘Into the Woods’ (Nominated Best Supporting Actor in Musical), ‘Southern Baptist Sissies’, ‘The Sin’s of Jack Saul’, ‘Boys Upstairs’ (Above the Stag), Lead Vocalist (P&O), ‘Sondheim SocietyCabaret’ (Pheonix), ‘A Warning to the Curious’ – Workshop (Perfect Pitch London Palladium)and Billy Dean in ‘Violet’ (Bridewell Theatre).#
