As the seasons begin to change, North Lakes Hotel & Spa is preparing to welcome guests with a selection of special events designed to bring people together over great food and festive celebrations.
Food lovers can enjoy an unforgettable evening with the hotel’s talented Sous Chef, Dan, at an exclusive Chef’s Intimate 5-Course Dinner on November 22nd.
Taking place in an intimate setting, the evening offers guests the chance to experience a carefully curated five-course menu inspired by Chef Dan’s culinary journey and passion for exceptional seasonal ingredients.
The experience is priced at £55 per person, with an optional expertly selected wine pairing available for an additional £27.50 per person.

Looking ahead to the festive season, the popular North Lakes Hotel Christmas Market returns on Saturday, 22 November, opening from 10am-3pm with free entry for all. The annual market is the perfect opportunity to embrace the festive spirit, browse a range of unique gifts from local traders and artisans, and tick off some Christmas shopping before the busy holiday season begins.
Visitors are also encouraged to make a day of it by enjoying lunch in the hotel’s restaurant, with table bookings recommended in advance.
