Kids Round Up… Well before you know it Halloween and the October half-term will be here in a flash and once again, those with kids and grandkids will no doubt be planning how to fill the time during the break.

Spooky Muncaster

Muncaster Castle will be once again celebrating Halloween like no other.
The Emporium of Stolen Souls Halloween Show Tickets (Saturday 23rd – Sunday 31st October inclusive)
There will be oodles of fun and Halloween entertainment again to make this a “must-do” time of year to visit Muncaster! Activities will include the Scary Maze, fire juggling shows, axe throwing*, kids crafts, lantern parades, rag tag arts, spooky science sessions and a Zombie Shootout!
Please book your place in advance. ‘The Emporium of Stolen Souls’ tickets are now available as are general entry Halloween tickets for the Gardens. Buy now for a castle show at the time of your choosing plus general entry into all activities in the gardens listed above.
Family Fun Day at Rosehill Theatre on Sep 25th
To celebrate life returning to normal, Rosehill Theatre will be throwing open their doors for a Big Welcome Back party.
This will be a Free Day of Fun events and activities for all the family to enjoy. BBC Music Introducing will be on-site, along with six acoustic acts to entertain.
Northern Soul dance due Sal & Pops will be taking you through the motions., so get your swag on and bring some talc.
Crafts, entertainment and much, much more.
Half term at Senhouse
Roman Museum, Maryport
The Big Draw – Paint Like Percy — Saturday 23rd – Sunday 31st October, 11am – 5pm
Come along and have a fantastic day discovering Senhouse Roman Museum and join in The Big Draw – Family art activity for all visitors to the museum.
Explore the museum collection of sketches and watercolours by local artist Percy Kelly.
The museum is open every day, 11am to 5pm
November to March: open Friday – Sunday, 10.30am to 4pm.
The Woolly farm Halloween Spooktacular
23rd – 31st October 2021
This year come and visit our spooky barn, meet the animals, and carve or decorate a pumpkin. Walk around our pumpkin patch and pick your own pumpkins, and have a go at our scarecrow scavenger hunt. Finally, there’ll be a costume competition every day, so wear your best costume!
