Muncaster Halloween Festival

Muncaster castle will once again be celebrating Halloween with a spooktacular week of activities! Some of the Halloween entertainment includes the Scary Maze, fire juggling shows, a trick or treat trail, Zombie shootout and more to be announced.
Choose from a garden or daytime castle ticket – both include access to the scary maze, outside halloween entertainment, Hawk and Owl centre and our two daily flying displays at 11:30am (Limited seating. First come, first served) and 2pm. Please note that the castle may close by 3pm during Halloween Week to allow the ‘‘Legends from the Shadows’ show to start at 4pm.)

The Beacon Museum
Spooky Pirates

Head over to The Beacon museum this Halloween half term for some fun with the pirates with a spooky twist! There will also be a variety of crafts and halloween themed activities for the little ones to get involved with!

Gather your little monsters and prepare for a ghoulishly good day out at Carlisle Castle. Follow Dennis, Gnasher and friends to solve creepy clues on the fun family quest around the grounds. With so much spooky stuff to see and do, it’s a phantomtastic, great value day out for families.
