Quantum Leap 2018 at the Beacon Museum
Launching Quantum Leap for 2018
New logo, new themes, same great fun!
Attention all parents and Guardians! The Beacon Museum have a fun weekend club for children aged 7 to 13 for 2018. Quantum Leap is a club that has met successfully for a number of years. For next year, the team at the Beacon Museum aim to refresh the club and make it even more engaging for children.
So for those already involved in Quantum Leap, the same great activities and themes around heritage and history will be developed and expanded to include sciences, technology and nature. Most importantly we intend to get children socializing and having fun.
The club will meet monthly and for 2018 will be working towards the John Muir Award. This accreditation allows children to discover, explore, conserve and share a wild and special space. This space will be our local coastline. At the end of the year, participating children will receive their own accredited award if they complete the programme.
