Primark Arrives in Carlisle on Thursday October 6
Ladies and gentlemen brace yourselves. After years and years of fantasising about not having to leave the county for a browse in Primark, the wait is almost over.
In just a few weeks, the people of Carlisle and probably much further afield will flock to the city centre for the grand, not to mention, long-awaited, opening of everyone’s favourite value store.
The much anticipated high-street giant will be opening their doors on October 6 at 10am.
Who doesn’t love Primark? Multiple floors of clothes, PJs, lingerie, home-ware, and holiday-ware at a fraction of the price of most other shops, what’s not to love?
Yes, we know sometimes the shop can feel like a maze, and it’s definitely not an in and out job, you really have to commit to a Primark visit, but any new store is an exciting addition to the city, and we’re sure Primark is going to be a big hit, especially with a certain wintery holiday creeping up on us – we won’t say the C word just yet, promise.
A statement read: “We can confirm that we will open our store in Carlisle in October 2016 and that it will cover 35,500 sq ft of retail space.”
