Lemon Meringue Martini by Cumbria Distilling & Four & Twenty
This amazing cocktail was created by our friends at Four & Twenty, Restaurant in Penrith, so pop into the restaurant to give it a try.
Ingredients
- Chilled Martini glass
- 50ml Cream Soda Vanilla Vodka
- 25ml Monin Lemon Syrup
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- 25ml Egg White (Aquafaba as vegan alternative)
- Juice Squeezed from 1/2 Fresh Lemon
Method
Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled Martini Glass. Decorate with a slice of lemon.
