Saturday, November 11th, will see Cumbrian band Flynt head to The Brickyard with friends in tow.

The night is one that guarantees to lift those winter blues with their brand of fused-driving, upbeat, alt-pop vibe.

Joining them on the night are Delagrave, who are rapidly carving a standout rep, and also on the night, Work in TV, who are lauded by Flynt as ‘one to watch’.

Fellow Flynt frontman Brad Kav says

“We’re really excited to be announcing our big end-of-year gig at The Brickyard. We find this really hard to believe, but it’s been two years since our last gig in Carlisle. Carlisle has always been a great place for us, as the crowds have always been up for it, welcoming and showing up in their droves. They have thrown themselves into all the gigs we have done there, singing along and really lifting us up.”

“To end our year at The Brickyard is quite fitting, as it’s been a really cool year, and what better way or venue to wrap up the year?
Technically, this has been the year we’ve released the least amount of songs, but it’s been the year that’s had the biggest bang in terms of people listening to our streams. The cherry on top was our Radio 1 play from Jess Iszatt via BBC Introducing, and getting to play Kendal Calling again was a real highlight.”

 Lights, Camera Action…

Brad says,

“At the gig, we’re bringing out the big guns. One of the things we love the most is really amplifying our live shows. Expect lots of lights, visuals, and great tunes. Keep your eyes out for the cameras, as we will be catching the audience for upcoming videos.

We also have new tunes that will be given an airing on the night, and there are our support acts who are fantastic in their own right; we reckon you’ll love it.”

Flynt: tight, dynamic, full of energy, popalicious, with banging tracks that are backed up with musicianship and vocals, which defines this band and raises them up a notch or five.
