Direct from Edinburgh Fringe, The Boyds present their award-winning sell-out shows in one concert: Acoustic Mac/Acoustic Eagles. The performance takes place in the intimate setting of Messel’s Bar at Rosehill, as part of the Club Messel series.

Acoustic Mac
Europe’s only acoustic show of Fleetwood Mac’s Rumours album in its entirety. With a sound akin to both Stevie Nicks and Christine McVie, Liz Boyd’s vocal range and sensitivity coupled with husband Gus’s high-range voice, percussive guitar style and chord voicings create a rich, unique soundscape.

Enjoy the reworked, stripped-back versions of favourite songs, with sweet, tight, two-part harmonies used in lovely, creative arrangements of Don’t Stop, The Chain, Go Your Own Way, Dreams and more…

Acoustic Eagles
Emulating the sound of the early Eagles, The Boyds’ creative interpretations and approach give the songs a fresh, inspired, exciting edge. One guitar, two voices totally live, performing the Eagles’ timeless songs Take It Easy, Desperado, Peaceful Easy Feeling and Lyin’ Eyes.

Gus even played with the Eagles’ lead guitarist Don Felder over a two-year period as his bassist and singer.
