Gallery North West in Brampton is kicking off the Christmas season with a brand-new and exciting exhibition celebrating small yet beautiful 2D works from a wide variety of artistic styles and mark-making techniques.
This open exhibition brings together a collection of exceptional and captivating small artworks created by talented local artists, offering a wonderful opportunity for both art lovers and collectors to explore, appreciate, and even purchase unique pieces within the gallery’s stunning contemporary setting.
Running throughout the festive period and into the New Year, Small and Beautiful invites visitors to enjoy a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and community spirit. Whether you’re searching for an inspiring Christmas gift or simply wish to immerse yourself in local art, this exhibition promises something special for everyone.
The exhibition will be displayed across both of Gallery North West’s inviting first-floor rooms, open to the public from Saturday, 22 November 2025, through to Tuesday, 13 January 2026.
Visitors can explore the exhibition Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 4:30pm. Entry is free, and everyone is welcome to visit and experience the creative talent on display.
The gallery will also open on Sunday, 23 November, from 3pm to coincide with Brampton’s Christmas Lights Switch-On, adding an extra sparkle to the festive weekend.
A special free entry preview event will take place on Saturday, 22 November, from 4pm to 8pm, and it’s set to be a real highlight of the season. Guests will be greeted with a complimentary glass of wine or prosecco and can enjoy delicious canapés and nibbles as they browse the stunning array of small-scale works created by handpicked local artists.
Attendees will also be entered into a free prize draw and enjoy an exclusive 5% discount on any exhibition artwork purchased during the evening. A fully manned bar will be serving a variety of refreshments, and live music from acclaimed guitarist Dave Wood will provide the perfect festive backdrop with his mix of classical and acoustic pieces. With its relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and celebration of local artistic talent, the Small and Beautiful exhibition offers a fantastic way to start the Christmas season in style—surrounded by creativity, community, and festive cheer.
