Sarah said: “I love baking, but the toll of baking large batches for the various places I was supplying to was becoming difficult as I suffer with chronic pain. By taking a step back and focusing on my blog and only baking when I really wanted to, I really reignited the joy I found in doing it. When I decided to write the book I approached my followers and asked them why they followed my recipes when they could have chosen any of the celeb bakers recipes or otherwise, the unanimous response I received was ‘Because they always work’ which is why we titled the book in such a way.”
