Copeland Day Care images in New Exhibition
Copeland Occupational and Social centre launched their Sound and Vision photographic exhibition this week to wide acclaim and coverage from across the BBC network.
The exhibition is currently at the Beacon Museum, and is the brainchild of local photographer Donna Brookes, who helped to guide and instruct the group in honing their skills.
‘Sound and Vision’ as the title suggests, will be what visitors experience with this exhibition, as music accompanies each of the 25 images displayed.
Donna Brookes explains: “Each photographer had to pick a piece of music and then capture an image that worked with the song, and the result is something very engaging”
The exhibition was originally intended to run until the January 22, but due to public interest has been extended to run throughout February also.
