Did someone call 911? Back in Whitehaven by popular demand!
Back by popular demand – 90s Boyband 911 will be performing at the 2025 Pride By The Harbourside in Whitehaven on Saturday 16th August.
Lee, Spike and Jimmy performed at the 2025 Pride and said it was one of the best gigs of the year. Lee, who was born and lives in Carlisle said, “The atmosphere was amazing and it was a really good gig, the crowd were singing along, and even a bit of rain didn’t spoil the day.”
911 had ten consecutive top 10 hits during the late 90s with hits like Bodyshakin’, More Than A Woman, The Day We Find Love and more…plus they topped the charts with A Little Bit More.
They most recently hit No.1 in the charts in Asia with a song called I Do which Lee and Jimmy were co-writers on. The ballad I Do has had nearly 80 million views of the music video on YouTube and they will be performing I Do at Pride By The Harbourside.
2025 marks a milestone making it a pretty special year, as It’s 30 years this year since the lads launched 911 and in 2026 it will be 30 years since Lee, Spike and Jimmy released their first single Night To Remember.
We asked Lee if they had any celebration plans – “Who knows, hopefully we can do something to celebrate with our fans, it would be a shame to not do something special so watch this space!”
