The Drovers’ Rest Beer and Sausage Festival Returns! – Has there ever been a better pairing than Tom and Jerry, Torvill and Dean, or Rene and Renata?
Yes, beer and sausage of course—nothing beats it in any way, shape or form.
It is such a legendary, iconic, and tasty sensation that Becky and Tom celebrate this beautiful match with their annual festival here at The Drovers Rest.
Everyone is welcome to their 7th Beer & Sausage Festival on May 12th, 13th, and 14th (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
Becki will be serving over 22 real ales and craft ales inside and outside in the marquee and beer garden. These will be a mix of hand-picked local and national real and craft ales, ensuring you can try something different over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Tom will be toiling away on the grill, dishing out his legendary hot smokers alongside traditional country fare while live music fills the air on Saturday night.
Kids and dogs are welcome to join the celebrations, but unruly husbands must be on a short lead.
There are lots of monthly events coming up at The Drovers’ Rest: 2nd Tuesday of the month: The Jam Sessions in the bar;
The third Tuesday of the month is Bottle Club, which includes hand-picked bottle ales and nibbles (a ticketed event, so book ahead).
And on the third Sunday of the month is “The Drovers Rest Big Fat Quiz Night.”
