Taste Cumbria is back in Maryport in August.

Ahoy there me hearties – Taste Cumbria’s Taste of the Sea festival is back!

From producers’ stalls and chef demos, to live music and family fun, as well as lively attractions like Bingo Loco and a Fish and Fizz Supper, there is loads going on in Maryport on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 August.

Head to the historic harbourside for all the action. You’ll find plenty of stalls to browse, loads of culinary experts to talk to, hot food and cold drinks, a children’s fairground and more.

That’s also the location for the ever-popular music stage, and the rum bar and beer marquee.

The Taste Cumbria festivals began in Cockermouth in 2010 to boost to the local economy and offer a wealth of different attractions. The festivals are free to attend, include lots of free children’s activities, and also have some additional ticketed events.
