Caledonia Park Announces Scotland’s First Standalone Cornish Bakery Store
Caledonia Park has announced that independent artisan bakery, Cornish Bakery, will open later this year at Scotland’s premier designer village, making it the first standalone store to open in Scotland.
Cornish Bakery, which delivers a range of exceptional coffee and pastries, is set to open a 2,500 sq ft dine in/dine out unit At Caledonia Park this October. Ranked as one of the fastest growing bakery brands in the UK, the independent bakery chain will become a key part of Caledonia Park’s growing and varied food and drink offering.
The new location is part of Cornish Bakery’s store expansion, with eight new locations set to open over the UK in the next twelve months. Visitors to Caledonia Park can expect artisan-quality food and drink in stylish surroundings including award-winning pasties, buttery viennoiserie, cakes, bakes, tortillas and ethically sourced coffees.

Caledonia Park has recently welcomed Lindt, the Swiss chocolatier and confectionary company. Located adjacent to BOSS it is one of only four locations in the UK to incorporate the brand’s ice cream parlour, the pioneering chocolate brand also stocks a range of chocolate gifts expertly created by Lindt’s Master Chocolatiers.
This announcement also comes after Caledonia Park recently opened Kate Spade New York’s first outlet store in Scotland back in July. Located opposite Scotland’s only POLO Ralph Lauren outlet, it is packed with Kate Spade’s iconic handbags, attire, shoes, jewellery, gifts, and more.
