At Devonshire House Dental Laboratory we are committed to providing the Dental Profession and Patients with outstanding prosthetic restorations and customer services.

The laboratory with its newly opened Denture Solutions Centre, deals directly with both Dental Surgeons and Patients.

Located between the Lake District National Park and the Scottish Borders our base is in the historic City of Carlisle, Cumbria.

The laboratory has a full modern service dealing with Prosthetics, Implants, Crowns, Chromes and Orthodontics. We use up-to date modern materials to achieve excellent cosmetic results, also hosting several Dental Surgeon seminars throughout Northern England and Southern Scotland each year. Our laboratory Technicians work closely with you to achieve the best possible results for your patients.

Our Patient Denture Clinic is fully equipped with a modern range of high quality denture prosthesis equipment; it uses advanced techniques and materials to allow us to skilfully create bespoke cosmetic dentures. You will be treated by our in-house Clinical Dental Technician in this newly equipped clinic.

All work is completed by registered GDC registered technicians with many years experience.

From our Basic economic dentures through to our amazing life like range of advanced bespoke dentures including our Enigma Life and Premium Range of bio-functional dentures we spend a great deal of time making a set of dentures which look lifelike and function well.

The clinic has 4 standards of denture to meet a range of different budgets and expectations. Basic Dentures, Enigma Dentures, Enigma Life Dentures and Premium BPS Dentures.  We also have a range of Partial dentures and techniques to improve the fit of your current dentures.

Our CDT works with Implant Surgeons in our area to achieve enhanced denture function. Professional Sports Mouth guards can be created in an endless range of colours, and team designs.

The fabrication of every quality prosthetic appliance begins with the basic products. We use the new Ivobase material with the Ivobase injector from Ivoclar Vivadent. The material is injected into the dentures rather than pressed using a fully automatic injector which as a result of the thermo-management you obtain denture bases which feature outstanding accuracy of fit and
precision.Premium dentures also come with SR Phonares II teeth. Based on the new generation Nano-Hybrid Composite teeth they are designed to optimally meet the high requirements of today patients. The tooth moulds are shaped according to age-specific characteristic which allows the Clinical Dental Technician to produce highly individualized dentures.

Our CDT has been trained by Ivoclar Vivadent in the Biofunctional Prosthetic System (BPS) and is one of the few professionals in Cumbria who is trained in both the Clinical and technical stages. For our premium dentures we use Stratos articulators and intraoral tracing to help us reproduce a very accurate jaw registration.
