DESCRIPTION:A family-friendly Sunday afternoon of pop with The Postcard Band awaits attendees to the Old Fire Station on July 22nd. \nThe Postcard Band bring another casual afternoon of music\, with special guests Kontiki Suite & KVEIS. With a sound akin to The Housemartins crossed with a happy version of The Smiths\, the trio promises to entertain daytime revellers with their catchy\, upbeat pop music. \nKVEIS have been described as having a sound like “uneasiness following debauchery”\, while Kontiki Suite combine a heady sound of melody\, harmony\, psychedelia and country. \n \nFood will be available from McGrew’s Bistro\, making for a fun-packed afternoon of song. \nThe event runs from 1pm to 6pm\, and music starts at 1.30pm.
